Refunds Policy

At Outback Caps, we strive to provide high-quality caps and customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please read our Refunds Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds.

1. Returns and Exchanges:
1.1. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the cap must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
1.3. For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support team to initiate the process. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.

2. Refund Process:
2.1. Once we receive the returned cap and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
2.2. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.3. Shipping costs, including those for returning the cap, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product.

3. Refund Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:
a) The cap is not returned within the specified timeframe.
b) The cap is not in its original condition or has been used or worn.
c) The cap was purchased during a promotional or clearance sale, marked as non-refundable. d) The cap was a custom order, unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Caps:
4.1. If you receive a cap that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately on hello@outbackcaps.com.au, providing details and supporting evidence (such as photographs).
4.2. We will assess the situation and, if deemed eligible, provide a replacement cap or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Return Shipping:
5.1. When returning a cap, it is your responsibility to ensure the cap is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned cap.
